Global Engage Calendar
Make global challenges a visible part of your classroom and engage your students with the activity suggestions presented on this large wall calendar.
Designed to be used year after year, each calendar page highlights a different global challenge for that month and builds on content from the IB Global Engage.
Each month of the calendar includes:
- a significant question to frame thinking about the issue
interesting facts - ideas for student activities that link to IB learner profile
- reflection questions
- text in English, French and Spanish
- photos representing the global issue and the IB community.
More than just a display item, the calendar is a teaching tool that helps teachers keep their students globally engaged on a daily basis. The calendar is suitable for display in any classroom, but the text is most appropriate for students aged 10 to 16 (late PYP, MYP and early DP).
The calendar is poster-sized, and conveniently spiral bound.
